Hydrogen is working with the London Projects team of a leading US Law Firm, known for its strength in complex, market-leading infrastructure and energy transactions. The group advises sponsors, funds, developers and public-sector bodies on high-profile projects, both in the UK and internationally, with a particular emphasis on energy transition, transport and digital infrastructure.
The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of major projects, including development, financing, procurement and restructuring. You would work closely with a leading partner who is recognised for advising on some of the most innovative and technically challenging mandates in the market, within a commercial and collaborative team that is deeply embedded in the wider global projects platform.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-qualified experience with solid experience in infrastructure or energy from a leading law firm. This is an opportunity for someone who wants early responsibility, direct partner access and the chance to build a long-term projects practice.
